January Pop Up Classes: Tending Tuesdays: 45 minute morning stretch T. 1/14 and T/ 1/21 from 8:35am-9:20am. No Tuesday class on 1/28.

You can join as a drop in ($20 per class), as a member with discounted membership rates ($30 monthly for 3 classes or $80 monthly for unlimited classes), or purchase a class bundle. We are also offering a holiday special for class bundles: 5 classes for $80 or 10 classes for $150 valid through December 2025.
Class descriptions:
Level 1: This is a general class, open to all levels with a break down of poses and a gentle warm up. The class focuses closely upon alignment and safety in all poses. It includes an opening meditation.
Level 1-2: This class is also open to all levels. It includes some meditation, warm up poses, sun salutations, and then a focus upon a particular set of postures (for example, standing poses, twists, backbends, inversions). Modifications can be made for beginners.
Gentle/Restorative: This class is focused upon winding down with deep stretches and restorative, relaxing postures. This class has a therapeutic focus and includes work on breath and meditation. Gentle poses are held with the support of props and the focus is upon soothing the nervous system and releasing tension.
Healthy Hips and Shoulders: This class is open to all levels. The class will focus on poses to help build shoulder strength and hip flexibility and create more balance in these areas.
Drop in and Membership options:
Join as a drop in for a single class anytime or as a monthly member at a discounted rate.
DROP IN: $20 per session at any time (in studio or virtual). Tues, morning 45 min class is $18.
Seed Membership: $30 for 3 classes a month (in studio or virtual) with monthly auto-renewal (3 month minimum—cancel anytime after three months).
Thrive Membership: Monthly subscription of $80 for unlimited classes (in studio or virtual) with auto-renewal (3 month minimum—cancel anytime after 3 months).

Humans are energetic beings. We have electricity running through our bodies. We naturally generate and utilize electrical currents at a cellular level. These three forms of energy; light, sound and motion each have a unique way of healing the body. They also work together organically to improve health and encourage rejuvenation at a cellular level.
To start off this new year, we will come together for the Light / Sound / Motion Workshop to celebrate the season and become familiar with the “light” energy centers within us. We will learn ways to become more aware of these “light” centers (often called chakras) and their role in our lives through a combination of practices: yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. Learning to understand ourselves through these modalities can assist us with finding peace and harmony. It can also help us focus and manifest for the year ahead.
Our Focus:
