An article I’ve been working on for a while was recently published in a special issue (“South Asian Voices on Yoga”) in the peer reviewed academic journal, Race and Yoga. It’s titled “Travelers, Translators. and Spiritual Mothers: Yoga, Gender, and Colonial Histories.” This was cut down from a longer piece and is part of my current book project.
